Sit Down Stretch

 

As you begin your exercise program for penis enlargement, you will soon learn that there are many different techniques that can be used. However, the majority is based on either the Jelq or the Long Shlong but there are variations to these exercises that you may wish to use once you have become accustomed to the program and are ready to advance to more a more strenuous session.

The following exercises should all include a warm-up session (click here for the warm-up session). prior to the exercise and a warm-down after the work out. If you have foreskin, you should also remember to pull it back and out of the way before beginning any of the following exercises. Any other important notes will be added to the instructions.

 
 

Note: A warm-up should be done at the beginning of every workout as this promotes blood flow. However, it is also a good idea to perform one of the warm up exercises in a warm down session at the end of your workout. The Sit Down Stretch is a stretching exercise that helps primarily with flaccid length gains. Flaccid size can give a man more confidence when naked.

  • Warm-up thoroughly

  • Start in a standing position and massage your penis until you have a partial erection about 30% to 40% erect

  • Now, grasp your penis and stretch it under you as far back as possible.

  • Sit down on your penis. You should feel the pull on your penis as you begin sitting down.

  • You can perform this exercise for up to 20 minutes; however, the recommended time is 5 to 10 minutes.

This exercise not only aids in increasing the length but also the girth. Some men prefer to use this exercise as a relaxing exercise after a strenuous workout.
