As you begin your exercise program for penis enlargement, you will soon learn that there are many
different techniques that can be used. However, the majority is based on either the
Jelq or the
Long Shlong but there are variations to these exercises that you may wish to use once you have become accustomed to
the program and are ready to advance to more a more strenuous session.

warm-up session

prior to the exercise and a
warm-down after the work out. If you have foreskin, you should also remember to pull
it back and out of the way before beginning any of the following exercises. Any other important notes will
be added to the instructions.
