How to Delay Orgasm?

 

On this page, you will learn techniques that will give you the power to delay or prevent your orgasm and increase your lovemaking session for as long as you want. Okay, to find your point of no return or your excitement scale you should find a comfortable room where you will be totally alone without any type of sexual stimulation including pornographic material. If you really must have this type of material then you may use it, but first try without.

Before you can begin strengthening your PC muscle, you must know exactly where it is. There are two simple ways to locate these muscles.

  • To begin, you should have a flaccid penis and begin stroking until you became fully erect.
    Quick Note: You should pay close attention to every feeling you have along the way and give each level a number between 1-10, with 1 being the lowest or semi-hard to 10 being the highest and the point of no return.

  • Once you reach a new level, try your best to remain at that level for around 2 to 3 minutes then move up to the next.

  • Pay close attention to what helps you move up to the next level such as the way you grasp your penis, the tightness of your grip, the speed you are using to stroke your penis or what you are thinking.
    Quick Note: Remember, you must move slowly and find your point of no return. You do no wish to ejaculate.

  • When you reach around level 9 or 9 ½ you should pay more attention to what you are feeling with regards to your body. You should begin to feel the semen moving from the testicles and into the prostate gland, which is located at the base of your penis.

  • At this point, if at all possible, stop, take a deep breath and allow yourself to feel everything that is going on around you and with your body. If you cannot stop then you have passed your point of no return. Allow yourself to ejaculate and enjoy!

This procedure for learning your excitement scale should have helped you identify your point of no return and when you are getting close to it. Now you must learn how to slow down your path to orgasm.

 
 
Orgasm Delaying Techniques Breathing and Stop Techniques
 

Now that you understand your own excitement scale, you can begin to work on techniques for delaying orgasm.

Breathing Technique
This is a simple yet powerful technique when it is combined with others. The first question you must ask yourself is if you breathe properly.

  • To find out, place your hand on your abdomen and breathe in. You should feel your abdomen expand.
    Quick Note: Your shoulder should not rise upward. Practice breathing until you can expand your abdomen while your shoulders stay the same.

  • For delaying your orgasm, the moment you feel yourself at the 7 ½ or 8 level of your excitement scale, take a slow deep breath and hold it for a few seconds until you no longer feel the urge to ejaculate.

  • Keep breathing slow and deep until you lower your level of excitement to around a 5 ½ or 6.
    Quick Note: Nevertheless, do not hold your breath too long you could become dizzy or even faint.

The effectiveness of this technique is only achieved by where you are on your excitement scale. It does work even better when used with other techniques.



Stop Technique
Let's look at one more technique, the stop technique. This one is also very simple; all you have to do is when you feel yourself getting close to your point of no return - STOP. Stop everything, do not move, take a slow deep breath and wait for around 20 to 60 seconds before you begin where you were.

When you feel your level of excitement has reduced you can start where you left off. You may be worried about what your partner is thinking when you stop. However, for just a few seconds unless she is close to her orgasm, she will not mind if you stop. Kiss her, caress her, do what ever you can to lower your excitement level while keeping hers up.
