Double-Handed Shlong

 

The Long Shlong technique is also known as The Power Stretch technique. The Long Shlong is set of exercises that were designed to stretch and enlarge the penis. This may be an exercise that will help lengthen, but it will also help with the fitness of your penis.

When you stretch your penis, you are in actuality stretching the cells and tissues of your penis. When you do this, the stretching makes more space for blood to flow into your penis, which will increase the length of your penis whether it is hard or limp.

 
 

Note: A warm-up should be done at the beginning of every workout as this promotes blood flow. However, it is also a good idea to perform one of the warm up exercises in a warm down session at the end of your workout. Once you have been on Basic Long Shlong exercise program for at least four weeks you may use the more advanced exercise, Double-Handed Shlong exercise.

  • Warm-up thoroughly

  • Now, you should be standing and your penis should be limp, grasp your penis by the head with one hand and stretch out in front of you.

  • Now put your other hand behind the one holding your penis, stretch your penis outward and hold for 15 seconds. Slap your penis against your thigh for circulation to return to normal. Repeat the procedure for around 4 or 5 times.

  • Do the same method stretching your penis to the left, right, up, and down. Remember to slap your penis against your thigh before stretching in another direction. Once you have completed on directions, slap your penis against your thigh again.

The most important thing to remember with the Double-Handed Shlong exercise is not to overstretch. This might be the best exercise after you have given yourself a day off.
