Circular Stretch

 

As you begin your exercise program for penis enlargement, you will soon learn that there are many different techniques that can be used. However, the majority is based on either the Jelq or the Long Shlong but there are variations to these exercises that you may wish to use once you have become accustomed to the program and are ready to advance to more a more strenuous session.

The following exercises should all include a warm-up session (click here for the warm-up session). prior to the exercise and a warm-down after the work out. If you have foreskin, you should also remember to pull it back and out of the way before beginning any of the following exercises. Any other important notes will be added to the instructions.

 
 

Note: A warm-up should be done at the beginning of every workout as this promotes blood flow. However, it is also a good idea to perform one of the warm up exercises in a warm down session at the end of your workout. The Circular Stretch exercise is a popular exercise in which you use one hand and a limp penis

  • Warm-up thoroughly

  • To begin this exercise grasp the head of your penis in one hand and stretch it out in front of you.

  • Hold it steady for 4 to 5 seconds. Release, and then stretch it upward and hold for 4 to 5 seconds. Do not release.

  • Slowly rotate the penis either clockwise or counter clockwise until you are back to the starting point. This should take only around 5 seconds to complete the circle.

  • Repeat all the above for around 25 times which should take 5 minutes

After each circle, you should slap your penis against your thigh and gently massage it to restore normal circulation.
