Once you have mastered on
Standard Jelq and
The Jelq and Hold
exercises programs you may use the
Advanced Jelq exercise.
Important Notes:
-You should never do this exercise without adequate lubrication and
warm-up; even though some men prefer no lubrication it is not recommended.
-Do not perform this exercise with a fully erect penis.
You could receive vein damage if you forcibly milk the penis while it is fully erect.
-Do not squeeze too hard; this can also damage your penis by bruising or rupturing superficial blood vessels
that are close to the surface of your penis. When you grasp your penis, make sure that you hold it all the way around, so no blood escapes.
-While doing this exercise do not ejaculate. If you begin to feel the urge, stop exercising and wait until this urge passes.
Warm-up thoroughly
To begin you should lubricate both hand and your penis. Start with a partial erection.
Sit in a comfortable chair with your back straight
Place one hand on the base of your penis using your thumb and middle finger
(make an "OK" grip).
Slowly and firmly stretch your penis toward the head. It should take about 2 to 3 seconds to reach the head of your penis.
When you reach the head of your penis, perform a strong PC Flex (what is PC?).
Start an "OK" position grip at the base of your penis with the other hand and work again down toward the head.
When one hand reaches the head, the other one should begin at the base.
Alternate your hands in a milking motion touching each part of the penis except for the very end of the head.
This should be performed this exercises for 5 minutes or around 100 strokes.
Gently massage your penis after the workout to return normal circulation.
This exercise is only for experienced users, but many men have said they notice quicker results with this
technique over other Jelq techniques.
Your exercise program depends on how much time and how committed you are to enlarging your penis.
You will not notice any improvement in a short amount of time so do not expect it. If you expect to see inches added
in a short amount of time, you can become disappointed with your results and stop the program.
Stopping the program is a sure fire way for your penis to stay the size it is today.
